If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it and we will refund your money (less shipping and handling). Please see return policies and guidelines below:

Silk’n provides a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for the following devices purchased online at www.Silkn.com or by any other method from HomeSkinovations Inc.:

FaceFX
Revit
Reveal
Blue
Pure
Swirl
Pedi
PediPro

 

Non-refundable Items:

Silk'n skin care, replacement heads and cartridge products are consumable and are therefore considered non-refundable.

Refused Orders

Should you refuse to accept delivery of your Silk’n device at the time of its arrival, you will receive your credit minus any shipping costs incurred by Home Skinovations plus a 20% handling charge. Once we receive the unit and it is examined and approved by our returns department, we will credit your account.

Cancellations

Purchase orders are processed real time, making it possible to get customers their Silk’n as soon as possible. If you choose to cancel your order, please contact our customer service 1-877-367-4556 and follow the return procedure as listed below.

Return Procedure

If you purchased your Silk’n from Home Skinovations Inc. and you would like to return it, follow these simple steps:

North American and Canadian Residents:

  1. Contact Silk’n Customer Service at 1-877-367-4556 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
  2. A return confirmation email will be sent to you followed by a return shipping label.
  3. Safely package all components/products that was included in original order in a shipping box and affix shipping label to box.
  4. Once product is received by Silk’n refund will be issued within 5-10 business days
  5. Return shipping charges will be deducted from total refund.

Foreign Residents:

  1. Contact Silk’n Customer Service at 1-877-367-4556 to receive a Return Authorization Number.
  2. A return confirmation email will be sent to you with Return Authorization Number.
  3. Safely package all components/products that was included in original order in a shipping box and arrange shipping with an international shipper. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and duty charges.
  4. Once product is received by Silk’n refund will be issued within 5-10 business days
  5. Any charges incurred will be deducted from total refund.

 

Home Skinovations Inc. cannot accept returns for products purchased at 3rd party retailers. If you purchased your Silk’n from anywhere other than Home Skinovations Inc. you must contact the retailer directly for their return policy.

A return will not be accepted without prior authorization. Your returned product must have a Home Skinovations Inc. Return Authorization Number. Returns without a Return Authorization will be returned to sender. Returns must be received within 30 days of the date the return authorization was issued, or a 20% handling charge will be charged.

Ensure product is carefully packaged (its original packaging materials are best) in order to avoid damage during shipping. Units returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit at the discretion of Home Skinovations Inc.
