I live outside of North America – can I still order from this website?

No, silkn.com is intended for use by North American customers, and will only ship within the USA and Canada. Please visit silkn.com/pages/retail-partners for a list of our Silk’n retailers around the world.

I live in Canada – will I be charged a cross border tariff?

No, all orders placed in Canada are shipped from Ontario and are charged in Canadian dollars. All orders placed in the USA are shipped from Illinois and are charged in US dollars.

My tracking number says the package was delivered, but I never received it. What should I do?

Please check with your neighbors, roommates, community mailbox, concierge, etc. to ensure they have not accidentally received your order. If you are still unable to locate the delivery, please call us to begin an investigation with the carrier. Our representatives will walk you through the next steps during your call.
